Moxie Construction was established in 2018 and has enjoyed building lasting relationships with customers since then. We primarily focus on residential remodeling and additions. What is functional livability and why is it important?
Functional livability is a term that outlines a client's real world experience day to day in the space that we are making for them. We can all appreciate a picture perfect space, but if you have no place to put your broom in the new kitchen we just made then you may be frustrated shortly after we are complete. Remodeling a space should implement the actual use of that space along with beautiful new style and function.
We think that this can be as simple as making sure that we have an outlet in the pantry to charge your vacuum or as far as an entire room for your dog to make sure he has space in the new renovation.
