Fountain Hills Renovation
This family asked us to come in an design them a kitchen that worked for their active family. We were able to open up a dining room and make it part of the new kitchen giving them ample space to spread out with a large island. The kitchen features a unique pantry with custom doors that when closed provide a display nook with storage underneath. It also has a custom hood, dedicated coffee bar, and the perfect drop zone command center to keep the family organized and on task. The flooring flows throughout the main level in their home and brings an updated lower den into the upper entertainment area while being separated by a wing wall complete with a bar top for seating.
Loveland Kitchen
We had the privilege of working with a fun family in the Loveland neighborhood. They were fortunate to have a designer in the family and we utilized her skillset to the max to make this kitchen really come to life. We utilized an assortment of different materials and finishes to give this space splashes of style and unique moments. Some of the standouts were micro-cement on the hood and above the mantle, patterned wallpaper in the cabinets, quartz backsplash, gorgeous brass hardware coupled with copper fixtures, and a very special dog food and water with their own faucet.
Oakdale Addition
A breathtaking kitchen was the original plan for this family but getting there meant adding space. We undertook this project with plans to give this home the style and attitude that fit the family. This space is impactful in so many ways from the first step into the new mudroom complete with custom shelving and lockers finished in a sommeliers dream tones. You are then greeted by a beautiful accent wall of Sapele wood above the serving buffet on your way to the full height custom cabinets that await you in the kitchen. The chevron hardwood inlay floor shows itself off under the open concept island and the space begs you to make a beautiful meal in the chefs kitchen. We did not skimp on style all the way into the pantry with its own chandelier and Greek key wallpaper. All of the action during social events can be monitored by the family watchdog as he sits in his own dog room complete with a custom Dutch door.
